Ice cream – just like doughnuts, they are very bad for you, and can actually be worse because they are calorie dense. One cup of vanilla ice cream, which represents a small serving for most people, has more than 360 calories, and half of them come from saturated fat. The tastier the ice cream, the more calories, you will not notice, but when you finish your “little” snack, you will have consumed almost 1000 calories.

Bacon, sausage – People have made of these foods, a must in their daily breakfast, not realizing that these type of food come from fat.

You can eat these foods once in a while , as long as they are not consume daily, and please watch the size of the portion you eat. If you want excellent results, then you have to exclude them from your diet.
