Another main food that needs to be reduced is oily or greasy foods, you want to switch to olive oil or other alternatives when needed for cooking. Access amounts of oil in foods can cause weight gain much quicker, by actually storing it as fat in your body.

Exercising

Working out can be challenging and especially difficult to execute when you have high blood pressure. One work out that you can do is simply, walking. Walking is a great way to lose weight, lower your blood pressure, and stimulate your cardiovascular system. If you suffer from exercise hypertension or experience any pain you want to start off by walking for 10 minutes daily than gradually work your way up.
