Alli Diet Pill Reviews

Prior to proving that that this pill could result in the loss of one pound per month,
the Federal Drug Administration decided to allow it to be sold over the counter. The idea of weight loss and improving your self image with the possibility of gaining confidence is always a plus but one pound… to say that this product was hyped to the maximum would be a vast understatement.

The way it works

Similar to Xenical, Alli consists of a supplement known as Orlistat. Sparing you the complex verbiage and the extensive dietary jargon, Orlistat absorbs the fat from foods that you consume daily and takes the dietary sting from the potentially harmful foods that people eat daily. Meaning that if you were to eat a greasy plate of French fries, the fat present in those fries would be sucked right out.

There are a few problems concerning this method. Suppose that you ate fairly healthy all ready? This would mean that the nutrients and needed fats contained in your foods would be sucked out and you would be deprived of the necessary nutrients needed to be healthy.

Not so good for you

In short, considering that Alli is a vacuum for fat, and potentially for vital nutrients, this supplement may not be the most ideal of weight loss aids. This pill promotes all the things that serious dieters and people seeking to achieve optimum physical condition should not do. It is designed for the lazy and seemingly crazy individual that resides in us all. It is recommend that you participate in healthy exercise and diet regardless of the supplement that you have chosen to use. The old fashion way may not be that appealing but at least it is safe.

Side effects of Alli

Alli has a very smelly and unattractive side effect. Taking this pill can result in explosive and persisting diarrhea. For one pound a month, you be the judge if this is worth it or not.
